Aurex Constructors recognised the scarcity of welding skills in the Sasolburg area and partnered with Sasol and Afrox to open the Boitjhorisong welding training Centre. The Centre provides Structural, and Argon (TIG) welding training to members of the local community. Led by Allan Beukes, Senior Welding Instructor at Aurex and supported by Zikhona Putswana, Junior Boilermaker Instructor at Aurex, the Centre aims to uplift learners through these skills enhancements, making them more marketable when job opportunities become available.
