Our history overview
Our journey began in South Africa in the early 1980’s as MF Kent. Over the span of 33 years, Kentz Engineering and Constructors established itself as an industry leader in the energy sector with a focus on construction, turnarounds and maintenance solutions. In 2014 they were acquired by SNC-Lavalin and the business worked hard to continue to segment itself as a leader in the field of energy sector solutions, until 2020 when the business became Aurex Constructors.
Different name. Same team
Although the name has changed, the core of the business remains the same. We still continue to build on our reputation for delivering sustainable solutions aimed at providing value to our customer base. Our senior leadership team remains the same and is committed to providing quality construction, turnarounds and maintenance solutions across all Energy Sectors.
Aurex Constructors is focused on growing the industry by providing sustainable solutions and developing an inclusive industry through skills development and mentorship. We are excited about the next evolution of the business and continue to strive to deliver on uncompromising excellence and drive innovative solutions in this sector across the region.
