Over the past 3 years, Aurex has invested significantly in LRG Projects’ growth and sustainability. In the first year of engagement, Aurex equipped LRG Projects with essential small tools, enabling them to execute plumbing, general repairs, and maintenance works efficiently. They collaborated on marketing initiatives, including the creation of a professional vector logo, to enhance LRG projects’ brand presence and visibility in the market. Building on this foundation, the partnership continued in 2023 with extensive training programs and strategic investments. LRG Projects participated in a five-day concrete workshop and received support for office renovation, transforming their workspace into an environment conducive for productivity and innovation. Additionally, Aurex provided financial support for new business ventures and facilitated the acquisition of essential power tools, empowering LRG Projects to expand their service offerings and clientele.
In 2024, Aurex reaffirmed its commitment to LRG Projects’ development by donating a Toyota bakkie and facilitating further training opportunities. Through specialised courses in electricity, concrete works, plumbing, painting, and bricklaying, LRG Projects enhanced its skill set and capabilities, positioning itself for sustained growth and success in the competitive market landscape.
